Following the workshop, AAGEN will recognize exemplary Asian American and Pacific Islander government leaders for their inspiring efforts.  AAGEN will award Mr. Terry Shima and Mr. Grant Ichikawa with the Distinguished Lifetime Achievement Award, Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth with the Outstanding Public Service Award, and Ms. Sharon Wong with the Stanley Suyat Memorial Leadership Award.  These individuals are outstanding role models who serve as shining examples for those who serve our nation.
